Being raised in a family of 12 children, Kristiin learned how to work hard from a young age. She could garden, mow the law, and clean house with the best of them! She had her children in her 20’s, and being a mom delighted her; but she also found out just how expensive raising 4 kids was. Choosing this family size required her to make more money than she ever had, so she wrestled her nervousness and starting real estate investing at age 26.
After walking away with $34,000 from the 1st property as a 27-year-old, she quickly discovered that Real Estate was an amazing way to make “chunks” of money. She purchased 3 multi-family rentals and added flipping properties to her skillset a few years later. She realized that she enjoyed having extra money for vacations and be able to do things with her kids that she had not been able to do as a young girl, so she kept learning and growing within real estate to be able to provide the lifestyle she wanted for her family.
During her 30’s and 40’s, she was a Real Estate Coach for 9 companies and hundreds of people. She has a natural teaching style that educates and motivates those that she mentors. She finds a deep fulfillment when she can help others become financially successful. With an English teacher for a mother and a university professor for a father, teaching was in her DNA, but it is also in her heart.
