Your dedicated Greybrook investment team will help you build a diversified portfolio of investments, each made on an individual basis. A balanced portfolio can include investments in different geographic regions, product types (e.g. high-rise, low-rise, for-sale, multi-family, value add, etc.) and varying investment time horizons.

Who can invest in Greybrook opportunities?
Greybrook’s investment opportunities are open to Accredited or Eligible investors. Our dedicated investor services team can answer all your questions related to investment qualifications and investment strategy.
What types of registered or non-registered accounts can I use to invest?
For non-registered accounts, you may use individual or non-individual entities for your Greybrook investments. If you are considering a non-registered plan investment—either held personally, jointly, or through a corporation—please consult with your accountant and/or tax advisor. For registered accounts, you may use various account types (e.g. RRSP, TFSA, LIRA, RESP, etc.) for your Greybrook investments depending on whether the project is a Canadian or US development. All registered account purchases are units of the limited partnership through a mutual fund trust.
What is the minimum amount that I can invest?
The minimum investment amount for all Greybrook offerings is $25,000.
How can I monitor the progress of my investments?
Project unitholder reports are published semi-annually and contain detailed progress updates on the status of your investment(s). Additional related project blog updates are also available under the project details section when logged into your Greybrook Investor Portal account. You are also encouraged to contact your investment team with any questions or to schedule a portfolio review.
