Some organizations get compensated more if they can ‘sell’ a higher interest rate or lender fee without having to disclose the additional compensation they get paid by doing this. Some organizations are incentivized to promote deals from certain lenders. We have a strict policy to not receive any undisclosed payments or incentives from any lender. This keeps us aligned with putting the client first – always.
