Ian was a Real Estate Investor long before he was a Realtor, buying his first few homes from the Auction block in the United Kingdom in 1997. Since those early days Ian has purchased multiple investment properties ranging from Single Family, to Multi Family, Office Buildings, Rent-to-own and he’s a hard money lender. He founded Hocking Management in 2006 (HMC) and that company today provides full service property management to his clients in the Simcoe County area. With his Business Partner, Kelly, Ian co-founded Elevated Wealth Creations, a company based in Collingwood using the BRRR method to convert single family homes into Duplex’s using Joint Ventures as a primary funding opportunity for other investors.
